His price was very reasonable and he threw in some extra touches for free. His price included paint and he didn't even charge us for the extra gallon he had to buy (our ceilings needed primer in spots due to water staining). The estimate price was the final price and included everything. Very nice considering we were on a budget. He went out of his way to make sure we were more than satisfied. We had zero worries leaving him in our home while we were on vacation. We, in fact, gave him a key. His work is top-notch. Mike is truly one in a million. He's a good soul.”

“I had called Mike to come to my home I have just purchased to give me an estimate to paint my whole home including closets, ceilings, walls and trim work. He showed up on time gave me a quote of $5600 which I thought was pretty reasonable — I had a pretty decent size house. On the day Mike was supposed to start the painting he showed up on time and, being the home was empty because we didn't actually move in at the time (I still had to lay down carpet and do some minor things around our new home), he did work till all hours of the night (of course asking first if I would mind) to make sure that the painting was completed by the promised date — which it was. My home came out better than I expected, it looked like a completely different home. He did the master bedroom and into the master bath with a two tone gray — looked amazing! Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied. He even had to make a couple trips for extra paint which was all included in the amount that he gave, which I was pretty surprised at — he stuck by his promised cost and did not raise the price, and completed the painting by his scheduled promised date. Everything looked wonderful. I would definitely recommend THE PERFECTIONIST PAINTER! Once the warmer weather comes I do need the outside of my home painted as well and will definitely be calling Mike back. Not only did he become our permanent painter but he became a friend as well. “Excellent. Mike went above and beyond to take care of several issues that came up because of the condition of the house. A couple of rooms took more than two coats to cover due to the old color, which Mike included in the fixed price negotiated. Additionally he had issues with some texture crumbling on several ceilings that took more time than anticipated. Mike worked hard to be sure he did a good job. We had a little trouble with the job taking longer than projected due to some issues with another job, but we worked through those and the job was completed about a week behind the original date. Mike does great work. We originally planned to only have part of the house professionally painted, but Mike was able to do the full house for what several other painters quoted for the partial work.”
